At Intuitive Cloud, I built high-volume services in Golang using Kubernetes Operator SDK and AWS cloud services. The work included automating Kubernetes APIs for deployments, updates, patches, upgrades, daemon sets, stateful sets, workflows with Argo Workflows, and CI/CD with Argo CD.

KaaS means Kubernetes as a Service. In practice, it is a platform layer that lets teams create, manage, update, and operate Kubernetes-backed applications or clusters through repeatable workflows.
Can you build Kubernetes operators?
Yes. I have worked with Golang and Operator SDK for Kubernetes automation, including deployment and lifecycle operations.
When should a team avoid Kubernetes?
When the operational burden is bigger than the problem. Kubernetes is excellent for some platforms and wildly overqualified for others. I will say that clearly, even if Kubernetes brought snacks.
