Alpstack is my company, studio, product lab, and occasional reminder that a solo founder has many job titles but only one calendar. It is where I build products, test markets, write code, ship releases, handle branding, fix bugs, and then pretend I meant to learn all those lessons the hard way.
The point of Alpstack is simple: build useful products and use that production experience to help other teams. I am not only advising from theory. I am living with my own product decisions, cloud bills, customer feedback, marketplace quirks, and release checklists.
That makes the consulting side more honest. When I talk about software development, cloud architecture, mentoring, or hiring, the advice comes from systems I have built and operated, not from a slide deck wearing a blazer.
